"We were stuck overnight after a delay for our flight and this is the hotel we chose to stay at. It was exceptionally clean. Everyone was very friendly, and we were also given a complementary upgrade to a suite! That small gesture to upgrade us really helped us mentally reset after sitting at the airport for seven hours. The suite we were in was spacious, clean, and had a lovely shower! Should I find myself in Brussels again, I would definitely stay here. We did not get a chance to use any...
