It was an amazing villa . Every detail had been made ready for the comfort of their visitors . The owners are really nice and kind people . I thank them all

Great place to stay for a couple nights to explore Rila national park. Comfortable beds and beddings, great food, breakfast and dinner.

Room was clean and tidy. The Mountain View and little balcony was very nice. The parking was easy and spacious. It was in close walking distance to the downtown Bansko area where all the bars and restaurants are. The owners were very pleasant.

A great staff making you feel at home, incredible quality of restaurants and lobby bar, swimming pools, etc, perfect service and room view, great location, beautiful interior. One of the best Kempinski hotels in Europe.

It was nice , but needs some upgrades in the rooms, the curtains and the furniture is OLD, and the bed was not the most comfortable. We still had good time.

Amazing staff, properly, amenities, location and nature!!! And dining!!

good place - excellent breakfast, clean and worm we liked it!

The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment...

Excellent family run hotel, great room with balcony and view of the mountains. Homemade cookies on arrival, local advice and a breakfast for kings, 8 min walk to town outstanding

Problems with WI-FI and hot water

Our stay at the Balkan Jewel Resort was an amazing experience, so relaxing and so delightful! The hotel is very modern, spotlessly clean and filled with all the amenities you need. We stayed at the Amber building and had a marvelous view of the Pirin mountains and our room was very nicely decorated. The room, which was the smallest one offered, was huge, with a large bathroom and a very spacious balcony. The kitchenette is very well equipped and the fridge is quite big. The spa and the newly...
