Really enjoyed the property. I honestly didn’t like to have to pay extra to use the outdoor pool. The breakfasts were amazing and staff were helpful and kind. The Swedish countryside is picturesque.

Spa had only 1 shower, sauna fit 3 adults at a time, outside spa smelled bad. Tv had 2 stations. I ordered a gluten free dinner and spent half the night and the morning in the toilet because it wasn’t gluten free. Overall, nice surroundings, polite but incompetent personnel.

For golfers but not for me....

Rooms are very old fashioned but cleaned. View on the parking lot, my materass was quite old. At the spa I eas welcomed by a teenager who provided me an XXL bathrobe despite I am slim. He is in desperate need of a customer care course. He seems too busy checking his social network profiles and earing his meal at the spa reception desk to care for the very wet and slippery floor in the male changing room. He has no time eaither to replenish the water caraff in the relax area. Common areas are astonishingly beautyful with spectacular lounges. The breakfat buffet is average, nothing to write home about but the background music is by far to loud and annoying. In the golf course be prepared to pay 4€ for a small bottle of mineral water. The surroundings are quite nice and you can have nice walks in the forest. Staff is not unfriendly but I wouldn't say they are particulary friendly either. Overall I am not enthisiastic.

Die Umgebung der Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas älter, jedoch gepflegt. Aber: der Wellness und Gymnastik Bereich ist nur bis 19:00 Uhr geöffnet und sonntags komplett geschlossen. Unsere Zimmertür war defekt, so dass sie sich nur manchmal bzw. schwierig und mit Hilfe von Spezialgriffen bedienen gelassen hat. Das Frühstücksangebot war o.k, aber nicht wirklich hochwertig. Man musste sich jede Kaffee Tasse selbst holen, es gab keine Möglichkeit einen Cappuccino oder Espresso oder ein Kännchen Kaffee zu bekommen etc. Die Bedienung war nett, aber sehr langsam. Der Wellnessbereich bzw. der Innenpool war schon eher in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Gym war toll. Da die Umgebung so schön ist, würde ich die Anlage empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Anlage, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmerreinigung oberflächlich. Restaurant ist leider bei längerem Aufenthalt nicht sehr berauschend, da sich das Essen jeden 3. Tag wiederholt. Hier ist Handlungsbedarf angesagt, da in der Umgebung keine adäquaten Restaurants zu finden sind.

Det bästa med boendet var maten. Rummet var kallt och nästa dag fick vi in en extra element. Fick säga till om städning- ingen berättade oss om reglerna för det vid incheckning.

Jätte kallt på rummet när vi kom. Extra element ställdes in-bra ändå. Ljudet på TVn fungerade men ingen bild. vi fick byta rum och bar med oss elementet till nya rummet. Bra service vid middagen med trevlig servitör. Dock fundersam över den som tog hand om avdukningen. Man duka av nästan allt, men kommer inte tillbaka för att plocka bort resten och likadant vid frukost. Man sopar inte av smulor. Kan man kalla det SPA? Tycker vi inte. En pool inne en större pool ute som avtäcktes när de större grupperna kom. Otroligt svart att ta sig ur och i den varma lilla poolen då klivet var otroligt högt- ingenting att hålla sig i. Skön värme. Ville man ha ngt från baren så var det trappor upp för att beställa och så ner till poolen igen. Ingen mysig yta inomhus, kalt/ inget mysigt med flera soffor. Inget dricksvatten bara tomma kannor. Personalen kom när grupperna av folk kom. I herrarnas omklädningsrum såg man rätt ut i korridoren/ eller rätt in direkt från/ till duschen. Inga mindre skåp att låsa in värdesaker i. I baren på kvällen så hade vi tur att det kom en personal ( några var sjuka i personalen så alla fick rycka in överallt, inget konstigt i sig). Dock endast vin och starksprit i baren. Nåja, har hört att ägarna håller på att bygga upp verksamheten så hoppas att det blir bättre.
