Very nice seating area at front of hotel.Friendly staff.Decent sized room in good condition.Comfy bed. Underground parking in next street was a bonus in the hot weather. It wasnt very well signposted where the exit was though.

Decisamente da migliorare

Camera minimale con arredamento datato. Scarsa illuminazione nella stanza. Camera non adeguatamente insonorizzata rispetto a rumori esterni e delle camere vicine. Pulizia della biancheria da bagno ed in generale della stanza approssimativa. Bocciata la colazione servita con bicchieri di carta. Poca varietà al buffet e poca attenzione alle scadenze degli alimenti (il burro riportava incarto scaduto a fine gennaio 2023 ovvero da 2 mesi) potrebbe essere una svista ma certamente non dovrebbe capitare. Personale e direttore gentile e disponibile.

Prenotato la stanza non vedo altre opzioni, matrimoniale e basta! Arrivato mi dicono che sono nel seminterrato...e non hanno altre stanze disponibili. C'è però seminterrato e seminterrato...questo è umido e maleodorante...e aprendo la finestra scopro che da sui bidoni dell'immondizia. Pur avendo già pagato per 3 notti dopo la seconda vado via... Non mi chiedono se è andato tutto bene, perchè evidentemente già lo sanno!!!

Depressing

We had booked and paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. The room was small, dark and depressing and the private balcony was more like a ledge with a view of the dirty wall of the adjacent building. To escape the room, we visited the roof terrace to relax on sun loungers and go in the hot tubs, however the whole area was strewn with litter and the hot tubs were empty and dirty. We literally couldn’t wait to leave. The breakfast was the only redeeming quality.
