Apartment 'Miramar' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in La Cala del Moral, the Miramar apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The property consists of a living room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine and dishwasher. The building has an elevator. This holiday rental features a terrace ideal for relaxing in the evenings.



The property is about two kilometers from the beach, close to public transport, and a 15-minute walk from a tennis court. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Noise is prohibited between 00:00 and 08:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00. The pool is communal and open from mid-June to mid-September.
