"I really enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel. The check in was quick, the wifi was good and the area, whilst not in the centre, was within walking distance of all the popular places. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony. I didn’t get an opportunity to use the facilities but the pool looked ok. The included buffet breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. The only criticism was that the cooked food was cold. I don’t understand why the can’t keep the food in a container??"

"The room was not really clean, i could see fingerprints on the TV, the shower screen and the wardrobes. The room is good size with comfy beds and the bath room is also good size. "Stayed here a few times over the years just for 1 night or two while visiting benidorm palace, it's just a 5 minute walk away and is ideal. Its always been clean and tidy but the refit is very modern, the staff are very friendly. "

Lift took us direct from secure underground parking to front door of our well appointed apartment on the 16th floor. Nice powerful & hot shower.
