There were no hot water in the room to take a shower. The receptionist did not bother to tell us of the problem upon check in or help find a solution.

Valley Views Apartment - Uncomparable Views of San Jose
This apartment was perfect! Amazing views and it’s in a great location. The pool and tennis courts were really nice extras. Communication with the host was easy and very professional and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it stated in the description that the suite contained a washer and dryer. It doesn’t.
