Thank you for your interest in the Puerto Bahia house in Rincon , Puerto Rico with 2 bedroom 2 bath located in front of the small neighborhood Puerto Bahia with neighborhood pool. The master bedroom has a King bed with a walking closet and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both rooms come equipped with inverter Air conditioning unit. the House comes with sofa bed for two extra people to sleep in the living room. AC in the living roomHouse comes with a complete kitchen, Microwave, blender, coffee maker, stove, microwave, two door fridge and all the utensils (knives, spoons, forks), pots, pans etc.40-inch Samsung TV with Dish Network Etc. ATT homebase wifi Internet available. Walk 2 minutes to black eagle beach, club Nautico, boat Ramp. There are 3 restaurants walking distance (shipwreck, Copa llena, joes restaurant ) and a small bar, appetizer joint called “El ancla “ right at the beach within walking area of the property.ideo of property and distance to the beach from the house. please copy and paste below https://youtu.be/MF-b5ICtWw4. House comes with paddleboard, beach chairs, snorkeling gear and cooler. All set for the beach. The black eagle boat ramp beach area has paddleboard rentals, and has a nice area to snorkel because of the tres Palmas marine reserve (very beautiful) and located right in that area. Sometimes the area has a small surf area depending on the season for the kids to practice surfing. The Black eagle Boat ramp area is the area to be picked up by Taino divers for their scuba excursions and for parasailing. The beach has paddle boards rentals. Area also has horse stables nearby for a trail ride by the beach. very calm and relaxing area. Rincon is the best surf beach area in Puerto Rico with many surf breaks but its the attitude of the people and the way everything is laid back that's the best quality of Rincon.

We absolutely loved this house! It was the last stop on our week long trip to PR. Everything was clean, beds were very comfortable, washer/dryer was so nice to have and the swimming pool was icing on the cake. It was also quiet and we felt safe in this gated community. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Edgardo's house! The house was perfect for us - 2 adults & 2 kids. The location was awesome, so close to everything! We loved the pool, the neighborhood, the amenities, and Edgardo is a very friendly and welcoming host. We will definitely be back!

My entire family stayed in VRBO properties for over 2 weeks. My husband and I and our daughter and son-in-law and their 4 year old stayed together at Puerto Bahia and loved it. The home was clean and neat and had everything we needed and more. It felt very comfortable. My grand daughter started calling it “home” from day one! The location was super convenient. I hope we can stay in the same place the next time we come back.

Owner should consider installing AC in living room it was hot, futton uncomfortable, needs another TV in masters room. Lawn was not mowed. Quiet neighborhood and centric, we enjoyed our stay.

This is a very well kept property. Very clean. Close to the beach and great food at the Shipwreck (try the Wreck chicken tacos...awesome). We had six people and it was very comfortable...just had to have a fan in the living room as it has no air conditioning. In a gated community so very secure. Would definitely stay again. If you go, take surfing lessons with Rincon surf shop...Ross and Whit were great with our group.

Very convenient 2 Bdr./2 Bath house with AC in the bedrooms, big fridge w/ice maker. Washer/Dryer did not work which were inconvenient but did not represent a big deal as we were there just 2 nights. It has very convenient sunny and shaded areas for you to choose were to have your meals outside enjoying the breeze. Condo pool is right across the street. Well priced for the amenities offered. You can book it with confidence.

The house is way nicer than the photo looks from the outside ~~ don't let the concrete facade fool you :) Inside is simply but nicely appointed, very clean, modern kitchen, lots of little extras in the cooler, chairs, boogey boards, and sup board ~~ basic toiletries were available, the pool is right across the street and everything is super duper close and safe! Our family of 6 cooked and ate simple meals every OTHER night and enjoyed nearby restaurants and bars the other evenings... We loved it ~~ Air conditioning kept everything cool, plenty of towels, great spot! :)

Met our expectations and owner was very prompt to answer our questions. You will not be wowed by the beauty of this house/neighborhood - but who comes to the beach to sit inside?! It's basic but new, clean, and includes everything needed for a great stay in Rincon. We were on a 10-day trek all over PR, so having the (brand new) washer & dryer was great (no laundry soap so grab some if you plan on laundry). It's also a 3-minute walk to a nice beach spot and across the road from several restaurants. Also, note there's only AC units in the 2 bedrooms so if you have someone sleeping on the pull-out sofa, it's toasty (even with the bedroom doors open to share the cool)! Overall, great place for a couple-day stay!

Our family of four stayed in this home for 3 nights in Rincon. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the beds were comfy, two bathrooms was a big bonus. A/C in the bedrooms worked well and we used the washer and dryer. We enjoyed the pool and lanai across the street. We bought groceries at a grocery about a mile away and ate breakfast and lunch at the house. It was about a two block walk to the beach and we enjoyed snorkeling at Steps Beach which was a five minute drive. There are new homes being constructed next door, so there was some construction noise, but that will be temporary. Edgardo was quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again!
