Custom Built 5 Bedroom 4.5 Bath Vacation Home with Private Pool, outdoor covered terrace off the great room, large gazebo with table and chairs for family and friends to enjoy. Easy walk to town plaza, beaches, restaurants, paddle boarding, horseback riding, a dive shop, snorkeling, charter fishing and much more. The private pool, lush tropical landscaping, privacy wall, and gate will ensure everyone has what they expect in this new home.

A short 3-minute drive will take you to the local grocery store that is well stocked with everything you would need while on vacation and if you head towards Sandy Beach from the house you are just minutes from the romantic Rincon Puerto Rico Lighthouse. (Property has a camera facing the entry gate for security purposes, nothing faces guest area)

Family beach vacation

We spent a week here. 6 adults. Excellent location and pristine house/grounds. Quiet neighborhood. House is well equipped with everything you need. Beach nearby was the best. Plenty to do around town. Excellent dining in the area. Top 10 of rental properties we have stayed through the years. We will be back.

Outstanding property

We absolutely loved our stay. The adults and grandchildren spent a lot of time in the pool❤️. very clean with a well stocked kitchen, bath and pool towels. The washer & dryer was a plus! Great location to visit the nearby beaches and downtown Rincon. Highly recommend if you are looking for a large house for your family vacation!

Great location!!

Our family stayed here for a month, and the location and house could not have been better. Very close to walk to the marina and beach areas. Pool was a great addition for the hot, sunny weather. The house provided room for all of us to spread out.

Have rented from these owners multiple times. Both this house as well as the house next door are wonderful, as is the location. Rincon is a fun little beach town too!!

Family Birthday Celebration

This was our first family vacation in a long time. This home was a perfect fit for our family. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. Everyone loved the house and the pool. It was beautiful, very clean and close to everything. The only issue we had was the washing machine didn't work, but they replaced it while we were there. We will definitely be back.

Perfection!

The only bad thing about this house was having to leave. The home was clean, spacious, and easy to find. Close to beaches, the light house, and the town plaza for the art walk on Thursday nights. The pool was refreshing on the hot days and the neighborhood vibe was overall peaceful. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Rincon.

It was a beautiful home in a great location. Within walking distance to a lot of fun things, including the beach. Very clean and easy check-in. The only issue was lack of hot/warm showers.

Family Memories of a Lifetime

We will be back! This house had plenty of space for our group of 9, the youngest member of our party was 12 so we didn’t have any small people. Kitchen was fully stocked. Pool was lovely and well maintained. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. They gave us many good recommendations for activities. The location is prime. Walking distance to the beach and close to everything in Rincon.

The house is very spacious. Problem with me I didn’t like the location it’s too excluded and the parking lot should be fix the ramp should be lower. But overall the house it’s beautiful. We enjoy the pool.

The house is lovely. Well stocked with everything we needed. Quick responses from the manager when we called with a concern. There is no fence around the pool so people with toddlers should beware. For adults, it’s the perfect place to stay for a vacation.

Good location

Very short (<5 minute) walk to beach and restaurants. Short drive to grocery store and other restaurants. House was nice, 5 rooms were of good size and well maintained. Pool was awesome. No fault of the owners, but feel I should mention the neighbors have dogs that like to bark quite a lot. We would definitely rent this house again.

Enjoyable, very nice, the best place to spend time with your family. The water in the pool a little bit cold but that has nothing to do with the facility. This has more to do with the season. I love the facility and the proximity to nearby restaurants and places of interest. GREAT.

Multi Family Spring Break

The house was well kept and a quick walk to our favorite beach. The back yard and pool area was beautifully manicured. Felt extremely private. The kitchen was missing a few essential when entertaining that many people such as cookie sheets or sharp knives for meal prep. Al’s the towels weee barely one per person. It sleeps 12 people so having a few extra pool towels would have been nice. I would def stay here again and give the value, cleanliness, and location 5 stairs.

Girls trip... 11 fabulous females under one roof...

This was my daughters 40th and we needed a place that all of the invites could stay and have fun in and out of the house. This house was very comfortable and roomy. The location to the beach and the restaurants and the lovely Sunsets was right on point. I'm planning on returning again as soon as I can talk my husband into it...The owners were helpful and they have help nearby if needed for any question or concerns. Thanks for a memorable experience.

Great house in Rincon

We enjoyed our stay, and the house was exactly as advertised. There were a selection of beach items (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc) which were very useful. House was spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Our kids loved the pool. Everything was very clean. Only minor suggestion was we would have enjoyed a few more bath towels, and additional bed pillows. I'm sure the property owner would have helped with these items if we had asked, but the issues were so minor it wasn't worth mentioning. Very responsive to questions both before check in and during our stay.

Great property! Awesome host!

This is an awesome property with phenomenal hosts! We recently stayed in the property for 10 nights for an extended family vacation - kids and elderly in-laws. Everything needed was provided - even beach chairs and umbrella. Home is spacious and well appointed. Quality craftsmanship shows throughout. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my father-in-law who can no longer navigate stairs. The workstation provided a space for my wife to be able to edit together videos and photos of our trip while remaining engaged with the rest of the family (as well as getting some work done). When we arrived we noticed that we were short a couple of hand-towels and pillows, I connected with John and while we were out he had these items delivered same day. One evening during our stay the power went out while most of us were away and my father-in-law and sister-in-law were at home. I connected with John about the generator and though he provided great instructions, my sister-in-law (who has some physical challenges as well) was uncomfortable performing the steps needed to switch to the generator power. I explained this to John and he had someone locally go over to the house to switch the power for her until we could return home. The outdoor patio was our favorite place to hang, we saw several lizards (a couple of REALLY big ones). The sand-wash station is great to clean off after the beach - as is the outdoor shower. Check-in and check-out instructions were great and thorough.
