Located on the infamous 413 this newly renovated house is across from Steps Beach! Walking distance to all best beaches in Rincon, downtown and many great restaurants. Watch Rincon's legendary sunsets from the new infinity pool or front porch. When the waves are up there's no better place to watch them from and when the waters are calm it is some of the worlds best snorkeling. House comes with a fully stocked kitchen, grill, free wifi, smart tv's and generator.
