"This hotel was absolutely perfect. We loved the location, and the staff were amazing—especially Brigitte, the concierge, and Alec. Brigitte was wonderful at arranging private tour guides and securing dinner reservations. The hotel is ideally located right across from the park and within easy walking distance of the riverfront. The restaurant on the property, Saint Bibiana, was one of the best we experienced in Savannah, and our waiter, Trystan, was fantastic. The pool was a wonderful bonus, and the spa was amazing as well. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever we return to Savannah. "

"I found bed bugs in my room..#502.want to know why the manager lied about bedbugs in my room..#502. I was bitten by bedbugs in the middle of the night. I was moved to 513...on my receipt that palpl documented that to refund my stay for 2 nights and when I got home."

"We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location was perfect, with so much within walking distance, which made exploring easy and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were well maintained and very nice. The pool and gym were also very nice and added to the overall experience. Our room was spotless and comfortable, which made the stay even better. It was a great first visit to Savannah, and we would highly recommend staying here. Street parking is difficult so plan on using valet which is very convenient"

Gym was inadequate and small. Location was good but getting to our car for trips was a cluster. Not sure I would come back. "
