"Unit is a good size and downtown location is great. But beds are soft and mostly springs. Missing utensils, bulbs are burnt out, no hot water in bathroom sink. Steep narrow staircase to enter unit. "

"A great location for exploring the area with plenty of beeches and forests nearby. Easy access to major roads for travelling and plenty of local amenities close by. JJ and Carmen were kind and welcoming and always happy to help. "

Common area always dirty.The rooms are small basic, the hairdryer must be requested and it is not always available.Honestly, for the cost paid, I expected much more than such a basic structure...."

"The Imperial did not disappoint! The room was clean and comfortable. What also made this property stand out was the service from all the staff we interacted with during our stay.
