Lovely clean room, friendly staff, overall a brilliant stay. The only issue we had was ordering room service! Too late for food from restaurant, but couldn't order room service until 11pm, we ordered an deliveroo in the end!

Leonardo Royal Southampton Grand Harbour
The internet connection was good. All the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and the taps and controls were sparkling in the bathroom.

The cabin is gorgeous and has a fun layout. The kitchen was very well equipped. Timo was an amazing host - he called as soon as I made our last-minute booking to confirm everything and to see if I needed anything.
