"Very nice place to stay near a great beach. My two biggest concerns were the absence of blackout curtains. The room closest to the parking space had see-through curtains. At night you can see in to the room when the lights are on inside, so you have no privacy. Additionally, there is no way to close the light out when you want to sleep. Second issue was the fact that the place wasn't completely clean. It was pretty good, but there was hair in multiple places when we arrived (shower, kitchen) and...

"The place is right across from tide pools which were perfect for little kids and adults alike - 1 minute west, the beach was awesome for kiteboarding - lots of surf and great winds. The pool is awesome for all ages. There’s a couple restaurants down the road that serve awesome deep fried goodness and a wal mart 10 min away for grocery pick up. I HIGHLY recommend the Frances Marie Bakery down the road for breakfast … or lunch or all day really… pastries are good for you. If you head like 20...

"Me and my friends booked this literally a day before our trip to San Juan , which was very convenient. Although this place was like 25 mins away from San Juan ubers to San Juan and further places were only like $11-$20 so that wasnt a big issue. Three days into our visit the house started to smell like mold. Other then that everything about this house was good. If you are looking to stay close to San Juan this is NOT the place. If you dont mind waiting 10-25 mins for a uber then by all means go...

"I loved the location of the property. We walked through la puerta de San Juan every night to el paseo de la princesa. The Limber next to the Rogativa statue is very refreshing and only $1 the lady sells it from the window of her house. The rooms stay very cold and bed and pillows are very comfortable. We ate out most of the time but we were spoiled with the panini grill. Every morning we made sandwiches with cheese and ham and of course pan sobao that we got from the grocery store at the plaza...
