"The last time I visited San Juan we stayed in an Airbnb & it was very noisy and just overall not a great place to stay so we wanted to try a hotel this time. CasaBlanca Hotel was great! Hot water in the shower. Quiet despite being in the middle of the city. Great location & was able to walk everywhere! There are plenty of restaurants to try different foods in the area, coffee shops, as well as a pharmacy nearby and historical sites within walking distance. Cold AC kept us comfortable when we were resting. TV actually had cable which wasn’t a necessity obviously but a bonus when we were coming home late at night and wanted to watch a movie. The hotel has breakfast served there, a bar on the rooftop, and 24/7 free coffee bar in the lobby as well. They also offer to store your luggage before check in and after checkout if you have a late flight and want to explore the city while you wait. They also have a list of excursions you can book too at the front desk. Staff were accommodating & very friendly. "

"Hugo’s location is superb, walkable in Old San Juan anywhere. Communication with property manager/owner was very prompt. Easy self check-in/out. My only complaint is that there were sands/something on the bed and towels when we arrived, which later found out to be likely from the ceiling. Hugo staff came in to change the sheets and replaced towels as requested very promptly. I was very pleased with this stay and would highly recommend Hugo and would definitely return. Bonus, paid parking garages are also within a few minutes walk. Very convenient! "

"Overall good hotel, good amenities, nice things to do around the hotel and inside as well. My only criticism would probably be the rooms are starting to show their age so it doesn’t really match the rest of the hotel. The parking isn’t that great either. The best part of the hotel was the staff, everyone I spoke with or interacted with was helpful and friendly. "

"I always go visit Puerto Rico. I stay in this hotel. I recommended never I can say that I have a complaint. It’s a great place to stay in Bayamón area. Everything is close to this hotel is convenient."
