"The manager was absolutely horrible to us! They advertise the pool and a hot tub, which doesn’t actually work. And they don’t tell you that at check in. Worst experience ever! "

"You definitely are paying for just a bed in somewhere that you can rest your head. The pool was warm. The hot tub was nice. We stayed here because it was about a 10 minute drive back-and-forth into Glenwood instead of paying Glenwood Springs prices.. "

"Hotel was very nice, fairly new, great location & view. Bed was comfortable, full kitchen was a nice perk even if we only used some silverware slim.. We had a minor issue b4 we checked out that we let them know about so hopefully it will be remedied for the next traveler! I would stay there again but plan to eat breakfast elsewhere - it was slim."
