bad service, no intention to help, expedia offered me a room that was not suitable for the people traveling (1 bed for 3 people), extra charges unknown undisclosed something about state taxes 72 BRLs a day. The only thing that worked was the location

Miramar by Windsor Copacabana
This is a great property. Great service, cool rooftop pool with the best view ever, clean, professional staff and in a perfect location. Lots of dining and activities surrounding the property. I would return if I came back to Rio de Janeiro.
