An ok place to stay.

We chose the hotel for a-locality and b-cost. It is located in a great location for the metro and walking. The pictures on hotels.com are nothing like reality though. Breakfast was good. Our room had a bed and a bedside table on one side and a wall on the other. There's nowhere to hang clothes or shelves to out anything on. There's one chair only. There is a fridge though. We were there for 4 nights and although we asked for a change of towels after the 2nd night, and the bin emptied, neither was done in the 4 days we stayed. Wifi in the reception area only; our room had a window onto the passageway and there was a light on most of the night which was annoying. Most of the staff spoke English which was a bonus. You have to ask for a hairdryer if you need one. It would have been nice to have some insight of how to get to everywhere when asked or even before asking. Perhaps an informational leaflet would be helpful. There's a supermarket a little to the left on exiting the hotel which has a restaurant. Excellent pizzas. You order your food, choose the wine or beer from the supermarket and sit at the table. Fabulous - but we found it; no one told us which was a pity. Would we stay again? Yes but. It that room.

Eles são extremamente educados, conforto da cama e travesseiro muito bom. MASSS, o quarto estava muito sujo, com lixo de outra pessoa no banheiro com direito a casca de banana e papel higiênico no chão onde ainda pedimos para retirar com educação e não fomos atendidos. O café estava gelado, além de uma fruta mofada.

Péssimo atendimento, dependências imundas

Instalações precárias, sujeira predominando em todos os ambientes, começando pela recepção. Atendimento pessimo, cheiro desagradável nas dependências, piscina suja, quarto com manchas nas paredes, colchão no chão cheio de pó, não recomendo pra ninguém.

Ótimo custo benefício

Eu fiz a reserva apenas para mim. Fui recebida com bastante cortesia. Fiquei no quarto em cima no qual havia um triliche e mais uma cama. A localização é ótima. Fui andando ao shopping Botafogo, também é próximo ao metrô. Possui um ambiente agradável com piscina e plantas. Só não pude esperar o café da manhã. Voltaria mais vezes pelo atendimento e custo benefício.

Fiquei uma noite pois precisava de uma estadia proximo ao Ibol em Botafogo. O quarto disponível para nós era proximo a piscina e bem simples, cama estilo futon de bambu, acústica ruim pois a qualquer hóspedes de chegavam ouviamos o barulho, nao tive uma boa noite de sono, as paredes do banheiro nao eram ate o teto e então se tornava tudo muito barulhento. La literie de la chambre qui m'a été proposée était dans un état catastrophique et il m'a été expliqué que ce n'était pas de la faute de l’hôtel si une cliente avait saignée sur le lit. Tem uma proposta boa, mas dá pra melhorar

O atendimento do staff é bom, as pessoas são simpáticas e o Hotel tem uma proposta muito bom de acolher pessoas com transtornos psiquiátricos, tendo alguns funcionários com essa condição: isso é bastante legal. A localização é excelente e o hotel é bonito. Contras: muuuuuita poeira, atacou minha rinite e da minha companheira, porque há muitas coisas antigas lá, que, num primeiro momento, parecem legais e trazem a ideia de um local tradicional, porém, à noite é que se percebe o colchão empoeirado e o local precisa de uma limpeza urgentemente. Outro ponto ruim: o chuveiro do nosso quarto estava dando choque. O café da manhã é servido em uma bandeja bem bonita, mas as coisas são velhas e não são frescas. Parece que falta um pouco de administração no local. Eu não voltaria, infelizmente.

Primeira vez viajando sozinha, experiência ruim.

Minha primeira vez viajando sozinha e tive uma experiência que não começou nada legal... O check-in da pousada é as 14h, por conta do atraso do meu ônibus cheguei lá às 15h30 e o meu quarto ainda NÃO estava pronto. A recepcionista, um amor de pessoa dela não tenho o que reclamar, me informou que estavam terminando de arrumar. Questionei por conta do horário e ela informou que era por conta do hóspede anterior que havia saído muito tarde. Então se eu chegasse as 14h eu teria que ficar esperando até as 16h pq foi o horário que me liberaram. Mas esse não é o pior dos fatos. Enquanto eu esperava, uma moça que acredito ser a dona, veio conversar comigo me oferecendo algumas opções para que eu desistisse da estadia. Me ofereceu desconto, e ai ela me colocaria em um quarto com qualidade bem inferior (pra não dizer outra coisa), depois ofereceu cancelamento (no meio do feriadão, com G20 na cidade ela queria que eu encontrasse SOZINHA outra estadia) e por fim ela viu que eu não iria ceder. O chuveiro não esquentou em nenhum dia, e não teve serviço de limpeza durante a minha estadia. Além desses fatos, a pousada estava com um ambiente bem pesado por conta de outros hóspedes que causaram MUITO, discussões, conversas altas etc. No dia do check-out, a dona, se enganou e foi bem grosseira comigo. A pousada não é péssima... mas falta profissionalismo dessa moça. A Natália é um amor de pessoa, obrigada.

Conservação horrível do estabelecimento, dos quartos. Barulhento, os funcionários gritam o tempo todo, não dá para dormir. Os quartos não tem privacidade nenhuma, são claros demais. Não tem café da manhã, como deveria na diária (estava incluso), não tinha nada, só leite e café. Aluguei um quarto e quando cheguei, estava ocupado, me colocaram em outro. Não tem toalhas de rosto, funcionária disse que não existe lá, nem tapete de banheiro. Papel higiênico, tem que pegar de rolo em rolo. Piscina suja. Enfim.. experiência terrível! Fui para relaxar, acabei voltando mais estressada.

Decepção

Reservei um quarto com 3 meses de antecedência. Assim que cheguei, o mesmo estava alugado para outras pessoas e queriam me colocar num quarto de serviço minúsculo sem banheiro, com a trança arrebentada, atrás da lavanderia. Isso por mais de 300 reais. Funcionários bons, mas mal informados e já iriam me cobrar pela segunda vez. Tive que ir embora do local pois não tinham outro quarto e não me realocaram, isso as 22h de uma sexta feira.
