Come relax and enjoy Rio in Modern Ipanema Luxury!

This a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath luxury apartment in the heart of Ipanema. It is near everything! Only 2 blocks to Ipanema beach and 3 blocks to Copacabana beach. There are plenty of great restaurants with delicious food all around. The Zona Sul grocery store is just one block away. The apartment has a small grocery cart inside for transporting grocery items back home. There is A/C in all the rooms (except the kitchen), Cable TV, wireless internet, washer/dryer, full stove with oven, microwave, and dish washing machine all inside the apartment. All the rooms including the kitchen have large flat screen TV's with cable. There is an eat in kitchen as well as a separate dining room for entertaining. The apartment can easily accommodate 6 people. Each bedroom has double beds with fine linen and comforters, plush pillows and the mattresses on each bed are pillow top mattresses to provide exquisite comfort and a good nights sleeps. The living room has a 55 inch large flat screen with a large comfortable reclining sofa and large comfortable chairs to relax in. There are American and Brazilian power outlets. As well as USB port power outlets throughout the house.

Ipanema Apartment

The apartment is nice and has everything you need. You cannot beat the location in Ipanema which is walkable to tons of bars, shops, restaurants and the beaches. Isabella, the property manager, is wonderful and does a great job communicating with you. The price over NYE was also very reasonable.

Best Place to Stay in Ipanema. Kevin the Host is fantastic. Very responsive and very helpful. Isabella the Property Manager is World Class. She is there for your every need and extremely responsive. Cesar the doorman is very helpful and always has a smile when he greats you. The property is in an awesome location. Very short walk to the beaches of Ipanema, Copa, Arpoador 10 Star Property, Host, Property Manager, Doorman.

Nice spot

Nice apartment with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. 2 bedooms on busy and noisy street and without dark curtains, daylight entered both rooms, did not contribute for a good rest. Room 3 and its bathroom ok but both a bit too small.
