Gostei da infraesrutura do hotel e localizacao. Em relacao ao cafe da manha acho que pode melhorar. Utilizar frutas da estacao com custo mais acessivel. Iogurte e uma torradereira ou sanduicheira.

Café da manhã excelente, funcionários educados, porem alguns serviços deixam a desejar. Serviço de quarto funciona só até as 16:00, se alguém vomitar no chão do quarto, a pessoa tem que dá seu jeito para poder limpar.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost! Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully served! Our room was always spotless, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff who came every day and made sure everything was clean and tidy. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. We’re so happy we chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Desta vez não gostei muito. Salvo a da limpeza dos quartos, os funcionários em geral não estavam muito atenciosos. Alguns até mal humorados. Reservei quarto casal, mas me deram com duas camas de solteiro. Após reclamar e apresentar comprovação da reserva, prometeram ajustar as camas no dia seguinte, mas só fizeram no final do dia qdo eu mesma falei com a arrumadeira. O quarto tinha cheiro de cigarro. O café da manhã era bom.

Hotel razoável - atendimento ruim

Fiquei hospedada por 7 dias. O café da manhã é básico, mas gostoso. Limpeza nos quartos e troca de toalhas não existe (não fazem mesmo deixando a toalha na pia ou chão) - apenas arrumam a cama. Atendimento da recepção é péssimo, funcionários totalmente sem educação e não tem o mínimo de hospitalidade. No geral o hotel é razoável. Andar da piscina e academia em manutenção e não avisam com antecedência, inclusive sem prazo para retorno de funcionamento. Localização excelente.

Ótima localização para se locomover de metrô

A experiência em si foi boa, é um ótimo hotel para quem quer só descansar sem ter que desembolsar muito dinheiro e ter uma boa localização devido a proximidade da estação de metrô! Não é o lugar mais seguro á noite, mas a caminhada pro hotel antes das 22h é bem iluminada e com diversas bancas de jornal abertas que de certa forma ajudam na segurança. Única reclamação seria com a demora para entrar nos quartos, ficamos mais de uma hora após a hora do check-in esperando para que os quartos estejam limpos e prontos para nós receberem, e não éramos os únicos. Em compensação o hotel nos deu um upgrade como forma de se desculpar pela demora. Dito isso recomendo o hotel pros turistas que vão com o intuito de conhecer o Rio de Janeiro por completo, não só as praias mas também o centro.

Precisei reservar um quarto porque perdi um voo e achei a piscina do local muito bonita , até pq fui com criança e ela ama ! Mas pra minha triste surpresa a piscina está interditada e não tivemos acesso ao espaço de lazer do hotel , outro ponto negativo foi o ar condicionado fazendo muito barulho a noite e pelo visto ele não está bom , pois de manhã o quarto estava todo molhado .

O chão do quarto não estava bem varrido, a porta do banheiro não trancava. A piscina em reforma e só fui avisado uns 3 dias antes da estadia, mas observei que não tinha iniciado as obras recentemente já estava a mais tempo, o que acabou atrapalhando um pouco o planejamento especialmente com meu filho.
