The bathroom was quite dirty with some of the trim being rotten from mould and whatnot. The bathroom also had gnats in it. The curtain for the window was also broken and had major holes in it. The staff were very friendly however and helped me out in my travels.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very disappointed. The room was missing what I consider basic amenities: no mini fridge, no microwave, no hair dryer, and no iron. When I checked in, I noticed the bathroom floor towel was dirty with shoe marks. I requested room service on the 4th day, and all they did was hang the same towels back up instead of replacing them. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe, though we did find a nice bar and bakery just a 5 minute walk away.

Quando cheguei me colocaram em um quarto que já tinha hóspedes, quando abri a porta me deparei com um casal na cama, aí reportei o acontecido peguei outro quarto que foi pior, não tinha toalha, não tinha telefone pra chamar na recepção caso necessário a TV sem comentários. Levei 2 horas pra conseguir uma toalha e tomar um banho depois da viagem de 5 horas que tinha enfrentado, detalhes precisei descer na recepção 3 vezes pra pedir toalhas até porque o telefone do meu quarto em questão não funcionava, resultado horrível.

Café da manhã péssimo e descuido na limpeza.

O café da manhã é terrível. Não tinha nenhuma opção para pessoas com restrição ao glúten. Somente pão e com aspecto de não estar fresco. Sucos artificiais, com adição de muito açúcar. Espaço muito lotado. Não tem itens básicos como sanduicheira no buffet para esquentar um pão. Pedi para a equipe da cozinha esquentar para mim e eles se recusaram. Ar condicionado velho, fiquei com crise alérgica. Falta cuidado em tudo ali. Cheguei bem tarde e quando fui tomar banho, não havia toalha no banheiro. Haviam esquecido de colocar. Solicitei e levaram mais de 30 minutos para levar. Eu estava tão cansada que dormi.

Sempre me hospedo nesse hotel pela localização. Nessa última experiência a entrega das toalhas atrasou e tivemos que nos secar com secador, pois tínhamos horário pra sair. Uma sugestão é o café da manhã, já é muito bom e variado mas sentimos falta de opções de bolos. No geral, recomendo a hospedagem.
