Great location for the price however the room is quite dirty with mould in shower and on bed head and build up of dust in places. No essential items in room such as iron, drinking glasses or kettle.

I have stayed at this facility many times in the past. The staff changes frequently. The check in process has become terrible. I did not get a room until 3:30. To be honest I have stayed there over 100 times. The previous manager and staff used to treat me like a VIP. Now I wait 8 and a half hours for a room. They must be cutting cost by decreasing the staff that cleans rooms. My Travel buddies have also noticed a change for the worse in their service. They have to improve or they will loose alot of customers. It seems like they do not care because with alot of corporate Hotels ..they feel there will always be a new client. As many times as I have stayed there.. I feel I deserve a little better treatment. 😌

Todo estuvo aceptable. La habitación limpia y cómoda. El desayuno debe mejorar. Todos los días sirven lo mismo. Una persona de la recepción estuvo muy resistente a no entregarnos la habitación sino estábamos todos los huéspedes de la habitación lo que me pareció exagerado. No explicó bien las razones y nos hizo esperar. Ella no fue amable.

Estava ocorrendo tudo bem em minha estadia, porém sai na quinta-feira pela manhã, às 8h30, e esqueci uma corrente de ouro no quarto. Quando me dei conta e fui até o hotel de volta, as 14h00, o pessoal da recepção não me autorizou que subisse até o quarto e apenas me disse que nada foi encontrado. Que a limpeza já tinha sido feita e nada havia sido encontrado. É uma pena, para mim estragou toda estadia. Além disso, o “pouco caso” que o rapaz da recepção fez também só prejudicou a situação. Ficamos em um hotel de “marca” para não ter preocupações e ocorre algo nesse sentido, é bem chato. Absurdo!!!

Ótimo hotel, com um pequeno porém...

Ótimo hotel e os funcionários foram sempre muito atenciosos. A cama é confortável e o chuveiro possui boa pressão. Minha única crítica é que de tempos em tempos apareciam algumas pequenas formigas perto da janela do quarto. Não estavam vivendo no quarto, era bem claro que estavam vindo da rua, mas mesmo matando elas depois de algum tempo apareciam novas. Recomendo darem uma olhada nisso. Pode ser que a janela não esteja vedada o suficiente, de qualquer forma, não deve ser difícil de resolver.
