We booked suite rooms with hot tubs. Rooms have much more space than we thought. Breakfast was great. They have varieties for breakfast, fresh fruits, and strawberry yogurt. Overall experienced were good.

O quarto estava limpo, bem arrumando, sem detalhes a reclamar, uma acomodação antiga, porem em ótimo estado, o banheiro poderia ter mais iluminação. Equipe super atenciosa, fomos super bem atendidos por todos!!!

Foi ótima! Atendimento super atencioso. Único ponto negativo é que não consegui conectar nenhum streaming (nem YouTube) na TV do quarto... Nem sequer espelhar meu notebook para transmitir. Algo simples, mas que afetou minha experiência geral, apesar de eu ter me virado (assistindo tudo direto no computador - não era o ideal pelo tamanho da tela). No mais, gostei da hospedagem e, apesar do lance com a TV, voltaria sem problemas.

Quarto muito bom, limpeza ótima. Atendimento não foi bom porém também não foi ruim, atendente sem carisma e pouco receptivo. Sobre os equipamentos do quarto, a TV é antiga com imagem de baixa qualidade, de resto tudo ótimo e confortável.

A estadia foi ótima. O bairro (como todo Rio) possui muitos moradores de rua, mas tive a impressão de que o hotel está na rua mais tranquila e segura do bairro. A estadia foi ótima. O ar era antigo, acabava sendo barulhento, mas nada que me tirasse o sono. O que me incomodou foi que o banheiro não possuía forro ou laje, apenas um quadriculado de madeira e em cima passavam várias tubulações, o que me deixava agoniada, por ser escuro e eu não conseguir ver direito o que tinha em cima, mas também o barulho das tubulações.
