I had just arrived from the airport and my Uber driver was robbed as I sat in the back of the car within a block of this building. No wonder you have to be buzzed in with security behind glass with multiple cameras. I stayed the one night and opted to pay the extra money for a hotel in Ipanema. Totally worth the extra expense to feel safer in a much nicer part of the city.

O ap é uma gracinha, super limpo! Li o comentário de um hóspede que reclamou do tamanho do banheiro e da proximidade do chuveiro e vaso sanitário. Como carioca residente na Bahia, só posso dizer que o Rio tem disso, os espaços são pequenos. Tudo funciona super bem na dimensão carioca. A localização é ótima. Recomendamos ir a pé (uma quadra) ao bar das Quengas para um almoço tardio e descer mais uma quadra, na rua Mem de Sá, para curtir uns botecos cariocas. O prédio é bem residencial e os porteiros são educados e atentos. Para quem curte o centro e quer custos enxutos: perfeito.

Custo benefício excelente, acomoda bem duas pessoas. Único ponto negativo é a localização, para quem vai chegar tarde, não é muito aconselhavel. Lugar com pouca segurança rua com pouca iluminação.

É surpreendente o estudio, claro, bem ventilado, decoração leve e de muito bom gosto, bem equipado,; cafeteira, sanduicheira, liquidificador, utencílios de cozinha em excelente estado e bom gosto, cooktop, micro ondas, geladeira, tudo novo e em ótimo funcionamento, ferro e tábua de passar,panos de copa, toalhas de banho e rosto, roupa de cama linda e completa, limpeza impecável, 7º andar com 2 elevadores, portaria 24 hs, padaria mercados, lotérica, farmácia, feira e barracas de frutas diariamente, bares, restaurarante tudo a 3 minutos a pé. E muito perto dos Arcos da Lapa com suas noites diversificadas em rítmo e frequencia, bastante seguro . Preço não conto, mas é muito barato por tudo que oferece.condução quase na porta do prédio para centro e praias. Amei e recomendo.

Eu amei o apartamento , muito limpo a Andrea foi INCRIVEL , roupas de cama e toalhas muito cheirosas , imagem da TV muito boa , utensílios que comportam a estadia , EU AMEI DE VDD só tenho agradecer , voltarei mais vezes e se estiver disponível eu reservo novamente .
