Nice, clean excellent view, enough place. But poor, old and malfunctioning equipment. Problems with water pipes. Communication given very late (we were already gone from our country. And only possibility to communicate online.

Nos hospedamos em 4 pessoas (2 adultos + 2 crianças). Ficamos quase uma semana no apto e adoramos tudo. O apto tem tudo, fogão, geladeira, lava roupas, ar condicionado e uma sacada enorme com vista exuberante do mar, entre as pedras do Pontal e da Macumba. O condomínio tem uma bela piscina (as crianças não queriam outra coisa), com serviço de bar e restaurante, tem sauna, hidromassagem e uma ótima academia com equipamentos novinhos, sem contar com o atendimento e cordialidade de todos os funcionários. Fica a 2 min andando de um bom mercado e diversos comércios. O anfitrião Pedro sempre disponível, responde todas as dúvidas com brevidade e ajustou o que foi preciso para nos sentirmos bem. Só agradeço! Voltaremos com certeza.

Hospedagem para 3 adultos - Apt excelente , oferece tudo que podemos necessitar para uma visita the curta duração , muito confortável e vista linda do mar - restaurante no local para café e almoço - tudo muito gostoso e bom preço - atendentes na recepção muito atenciosos e cordiais- Pedro e um ótimo host- respostas a nossas perguntas de forma rápida e atenciosa. Com certeza voltaremos. Como fui com meus pais idosos seria bom se a tv oferecesse mais canais de filmes e programas em geral mas tudo foi maravilhoso. parabéns Pedro!

Imóvel limpo e organizado. Somente uma observação sobre o condomínio: banheira jacuzzi estava em manutenção e a sauna não funcionou bem. Ainda assim, minha hospedagem foi maravilhosa . Restaurante interno ajuda muito. Comida muito saborosa.

Aconchegante... Pedi ao Pedro para chegar pela manhã, e ele deixou me facilitando muito! Cozinha completa, máquina de lavar e secar, ar condicionado em todos os ambientes. Piscina do condomínio aquecida. Vale a pena!

Aparentemente predio bonito porem mal conservado e mal localizado Piscina suja Corredores com cheiro ruim. Tivemos 2 faltas de luz em menos de 24 horas sendo que uma dessas vezes foi de madrugada e houve um episodio que ao nosso entender o edificio estava sendo assaltado Ficamos em pânico ( sem luz , com 2 crianças pequenas e com a porta principal do apartamento sem nenhuma seguranca ) Chamamos ate a policia para verificar o predio Fomos embora na manha seguinte pois estavamos traumatizados com a noite Deixamos p apartamento completamente arrumado e solicitamos algum tipo de estorno porém o administrador disse que nao seria possível. Foi a primeira e última experiencia nesse aspecto.
