Best Barra Location!

We stayed here a few times already because it’s beachfront and close to lots of dining options, groceries, and pharmacies. Comfortable room with king size bed and gorgeous views!

The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the AC turns on and off by itself and makes a loud noise every time it turns on, and you can’t turn the lights of the ac off either

I had to replace room keys twice as they won't open the door, finally, I was changed to another bedroom. Staff looked like overwhelmed. I paid for breakfast at the restaurant, it was not bad, but expensive for the quality and variety of food.

The hotel is not organized ever time you ask for Sam thing they has to send to two people people first them the give you a tower or any item ! The break fast has nothing ,no caputino machin , no toaster, everything is to tip !

Foi um dos piores hotéis que já me hospedei. Chegamos e o atendente da recepção é super grosso, ríspido, nem olha na nossa cara. Além disso, tudo é cobrado, tudo, até a mala pra vc guardar, caso não esteja ainda no horário do checkin, tem que pagar. Pra fazer o checkin antecipado, mesmo que o quarto esteja disponível vc tem que pagar 400 reais. Também tem que pagar 400 reais de caução pra caso vc quebre algo no quarto. O café da manhã é o pior que já vi. Pouquíssimas opções, o ovo mexido parece mais sopa de ovo, só uma água horrível. Se vc não for cedo, vc pega uma fila imensa pra poder tomar café, pq o local do café é pequeno para o número de hóspedes. O que o hotel tem de bom? A vista, somente! Isso pra quem paga pelo quarto com vista que foi o meu caso, e é bem mais caro. Mas de resto nada vale a pena. Não me hospedarei lá novamente. Tem outros hotéis muito melhores na mesma localidade.

Um hotel muito bom

Um hotel super bem localizado, de frente para o mar, com quartos renovados e uma vista linda. Já tinha lido muitas críticas a esse hotel, mas confesso que passei a considerar que muita gente quer exigir muito pagando pouco. O hotel é muito bom. É sobre o estacionamento, tem muita vaga boa na frente do hotel sem precisar pagar caro para por no estacionamento do hotel.

A principio na recepcao fomos muito mal atendidos, a recepcionista estava num mal humor, nos atendeu com rispidez Pelo valor da diaria o cafe e de baixa qualidade, mexido de ovo tinha casca do ovo pelo meio, copos para suco e agua nao estavam bem lavados, o pao de sal de uma baixa qualidade, servir apresuntado, nao tinha um tipo de queijo branco, pao de queijo, bacon, pao integral, o minimo que se tem em qualquer outro hotel pelo valor de diaria bem abaixo. O bom e a comodidade do hotel ser beira mar, ter bares e restaurantes proximos

NÃO RECOMENDO. A experiência foi péssima, especialmente pelo atendimento. Os funcionários não são cordiais, e a gerente, então, extremamente grosseira e arrogante. Além disso, o check-in era às 11h, mas às 9h já ligaram para o quarto perguntando se eu sairia no horário ou renovaria a diária – um total descaso com o descanso do hóspede. Foi uma experiência frustrante e decepcionante. Definitivamente, não voltaria.

Internet NO funciona, el personal de recepcion no es amable, te cobran el agua caliente, te cobran para guardar maletas. La propiedad es muy buena, las habitaciones son muy buenas, en el restaurante se come muy bien, la ubicacion excelente,deberian mejorar solo los servicios al cliente para llevarnos una mejor experiencia, reserve desde expedia y nadie me ayudo desde la plataforma a solucionar mis problemas con el hotel nadie responde desde expedia para ayudar ante algun problema solo tienen un chat robot y no sirve
