Fantastic property for a family, with spacious layout and modern decor. The location is hard to beat, and the support team was extremely helpful and quick in communications both before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property as an outstanding home base for those visiting Rio, and would absolutely stay again.

Check in was very smooth and the apartment was amazing. Very clean and spacious, in a new building. 24hr security/front desk personnel. We had a distant view of Christ the Redeemer statute from the room - Mountain View!! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Excellent Service! Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The cleanliness was truly immaculate—everything felt fresh and well-maintained from the moment we arrived. The staff was always friendly, smiling, and incredibly helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable, featuring a washer and dryer, a full kitchen stocked with all the utensils, pots, and pans we could possibly need. It made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the beautiful balcony with a stunning view—perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing apartment

The apartment is really nice and modern, it has everything we needed for our stay to be completely autonomous I liked the sliding doors in the apartment that cuts the light and the sound from the Atlântica avenue. It is well located on the Copacabana beach. The arrival and departure were as easy as you can get. The personal at the front desk were polite and helpful. I will return for sure and I highly recommend.

Please ensure you understand that this is an apartment, not a hotel, so you won’t receive room service. After booking, we were forced to share pictures of our passports outside of Expedia and only then did we receive the apartment lock passcode. Additionally, we had requested airport shuttle service from the hotel. We were charged premium for a bigger car and instead, our family was divided into two small cars at the airport. The room itself has a modern design that matches the one depicted on the Expedia site. However, the maintenance in the apartment is not up to par. There are rusty appliances (such as the washer), broken hangers for towels, and an issue with water drainage in one of the bathrooms. Furthermore, the apartment lacks beach accessories like an umbrella. Despite these issues, I am giving it an Average/Good rating, but it would definitely be higher if the room maintenance were better.

Be aware

Be aware that this ”hotel” is not a hotel, just apartments in an apartment building. When you book an apartment with a certain specification you might end up with any free apartment as we did, not necessarily the one you booked. “Apartment Superior – See view – King-size bed”, came with a broken sliding glass door that could not open up to the balcony, a 140cm wide bed that could not be used for two adults. The floor in the apartment was so dirty that you had to wash your feet several times per day. There was no instructions how to use the safe, dishwasher, washing machine, safety box or were to put the garbage. We said that we wanted the specific apartment we booked but they could not organise this nor did they inform us before arrival. They said they would organise a repair man to fix the sliding door but no one came during our 4 days stay, neither did we get any message (as promised) as when it should be fixed. The good thing was the fantastic view from the 12th floor, but behind broken glass doors.

Good location. Not really hotel.

No early check-in and not a real Hotel, there is reception but cannot leave your bags there. Also the bathroom is in the bedroom so not really great if you are using the sofa bed for another person. The roof top pool was warm and there is no attended bar.

Very modern and beautiful property, fantastic location with beautiful ocean view. The bedroom was not the street side so it’s nice and quiet. We had a little difficult time at checking in since the front desk didn’t speak English, but we had a local friend helped us.

The building is well kept and felt very safe. Facial scan to enter and a 24 hour reception desk made it very secure. The website states an indoor pool but there is none. There is an “interior” pool, more like it’s in a courtyard, but it is not covered by a roof.

Gros point négatif: l'accueil est glacial et aucune aide apportée quand nous rencontrons un problème. Lors de notre arrivée, notre réservation n'a pas été trouvée alors que nous avions été contacté 2 jours avant pour faire un check-in par WhatsApp demandant de transmettre nos documents d'identité... Lors de notre départ à midi, nous voulions laisser nos bagages pour profiter de la ville avant de prendre notre vol en fin de soirée. La encore, aucun dialogue possible, on nous a poussé dehors très sèchement avec tous nos bagages sans nous donner de solution... C'est déplorable quand on connaît le standing de l'établissement. En clair, les équipements et la propreté sont bons, mais on peut clairement oublier la notion de service. Le pire hôtel que nous ayons eut au Brésil.

Fiquei com minha família de 4 pessoas. Foi muito conveniente bem em frente à praia de Copacabana. Foi ótimo que o estacionamento coberto fosse gratuito. Conseguimos preparar um café da manhã simples, chá e café com todos os utensílios de cozinha. A máquina de lavar também foi preparada com detergente e estava utilizável. Embora xampu e sabonete não fossem fornecidos, o banheiro era limpo e satisfatório. Infelizmente, não havia futons suficientes para o número de pessoas.
