Great location, one block from Copacabana beach and 5 minute drive from Ipanema beach. Rooms were cleaned daily and there was always someone at the main desk willing to help. Great service all around.

We loved our stay at the Windsor Martinique. The staff were wonderful. Very courteous and willing to assist. The dining room staff were efficient and a high level of service was delivered. The hotel had everything we needed and more. Great location close to Copacobana Beach.

You can see this hotel has history, but still kept in a very good condition, the rooms are small and can only accommodate 2 people, we were travelling as family so we needed to book 2 rooms, it’s literally on the beach, very convenient to go to Copacabana and Ipanema beach, on the main boulevard there are all kinds of stores and restaurants, I would stay in this hotel again and I recommend it.

The staff (specially front desk) was very unfriendly. I had an early flight so arrived before check in time and despite having rooms leaving way before noon, they didn’t prepare any for me until 2 pm. The explanation ‘they enter to clean at noon’. Zero hospitality and service knowledge. I explain to them that i had booked the room for an extra night because my flight was late and since I was waiting and i was going to miss that one breakfast if I could have it the day of check in and they said no… all and all, very bad experience with the staff!
