Residence Condor welcomes you with the Gitschberg holiday apartment in a dream location in Meransen, offering you a magnificent panoramic view of the Eisack Valley, Puster Valley, and the Dolomites. From here, you can visit one of the 30 rustic alpine huts, go skiing in the Gitschberg Jochtal ski area, or enjoy hiking and mountain biking tours. The apartment is located in Meransen at 1,414 m in the beautiful Puster Valley and offers you 65 sqm with a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, two bedrooms (depending on the number of guests), and two bathrooms—ideal for four adults and one child. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The child-friendly accommodation offers a cot and toys on request. Washing machine and dryer are also available on request and for a fee. On your private balcony, you can end the evenings with a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful mountain view. In front of the house, there is a large garden with a playground (slide, climbing tower, sandbox) for the children. Thanks to the excellent location, you will find all daily necessities nearby, including a bakery (350 m), a grocery store (210 m), and a restaurant with bar (300 m). A public swimming pool is only a 6-minute walk away (450 m). In winter, you can easily reach the Gitschberg Jochtal ski area at 2,107 m with the 8-seater cable car (7 km). Parking spaces and a ski depot are available on the property.
