Staying in a hotel in Panama City just won't do after having visited this place. Everything else will just be a poor comparison to this place. There is never a lack for something to do here. Eight pools, three walk-up buffets and eight other a la carte restaurants (that require reservations) gave us something new every day. the property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Don't expect a tv in your room, or a refrigerator. It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast. the restaurant was very nice and moderately priced and breakfast, which is included, was also very good. It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The literal only problem, if you call it that, is the road up the mountain to Nomada. 4x4 is almost required, but definitely recommended. When you make it up, the views are spectacular and the atmosphere of being on top of El Valle De Anton is unmatched. I love this place. What a wonderful place to find out what life on the Pacific coast of Panama is like and what it can be for you. Brooke and her staff are everything you would want in them. Lovely little B&B in Coronado, just a few minute walk from the beach. Comfortable room, great pool and lots of nice landscaping and shady areas on the grounds. The manager, Yuri, is extremely helpful and nice. Makes great breakfasts. Even gave us a ride on a few occasions, as taxis a bit difficult to get in this area. If you are looking for a laid back, relaxing break from Panama City, this is a great place to chill for a few days.
