Très bien mais quelques défauts. Il y a 3 éléments différents à prendre en compte.- L'ensemble de la résidence : magnifique ! Noyée dans la verdure, architecturalement très bien conçue pour qu'on ne se rende pas compte qu'il y a 4 étages, tous les bungalows sont en quinconce, donc sans vis à vis. Jardins superbes. Piscine gigantesque avec une vue splendide sur la montagne. Avec bonnet de bain obligatoire. A 10 mn à pied d'une petite plage familiale avec bars et restaurants. - L'appartement : un chouia vieillot mais literie impeccable. Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs efficaces. Terrasse agréable sans vis à vis. Il s'agit d'un bungalow dans la résidence, mais appartenant à un propriétaire et géré par une conciergerie qui n'est pas dans la résidence...- La conciergerie délocalisée : vous envoie des mails, pour vous préinscrire sur une appli, mais ça ne fonctionne visiblement pas. Donc vous le redemande de façon agressive pour pouvoir recevoir les instructions pour rentrer dans le bungalow, avoir ou non les draps etc. Pb : l'appli ne fonctionne pas, les instructions pour rejoindre le bungalow depuis le parking sont erronées. A aucun moment on ne nous a dit que c'était une conciergerie délocalisée, donc on s'est un peu énervés.... L'appli ne sert à rien, et ne prévient pas pour les bonnets de bain (achetables à l'accueil en cash). Néanmoins, le parasol cassé a été changé dès signalement et on a apprécié la souplesse pour la sortie.
