Hotel is nice, but kid of outdated. Delicious food. The service is very good. One issue is I Never got to talk to the front desk from the room, nobody answer. In general good experience.

The property sells different size of rooms in the Expedia site, but they only have two rooms options. Suite Jr does not exist. Food is less than expected for a resort 3 starts.

Lovely trip with a bad ending

We had a great time but left with a wicked stomach bug. Both my kids had to go to the hospital and get an IV. Perhaps they should monitor and request that families with sick children isolate as to avoid contamination and have their staff serve the food instead of buffet style, where everyone is talking and sneezing on top of the food. Thank you

Excelente!!!!

O quarto é muito bom, a qualidade e variedade das refeições excelente, transporte para os parques frequentes. O único porém é com relação aos equipamentos de lazer, na minha visão escasso para o tamanho do hotel.

A hospedagem, alimentação estavam bons. Achei que deveria ser mais descrito no site as comodidades que cada hotel do grupo tem, como exemplo a academia que só tem no hotel pousada, assim como recreação, brinquedoteca que fica no luupi. O transfer das 00:00hs ate as 08:00 somente com agendamento. No mais, funcionários solicitos, comida com bastante variedade e limpeza muito boa também.

Não vale o que cobram!

Hotel precisando de manutenção ou no mínimo uma dedetização. No primeiro dia, ao voltarmos para o quarto, nos deparamos com ele inundado (por sorte não molhou nossos pertences), ainda bem que era só água, mas com cheiro de barata. Nos mudaram de quarto e, ao chegar no outro, nos deparamos com referido inseto (vivo). Faltam elevadores, os dois que tinham no prédio em que ficamos são insuficientes, formando filas no check-in, café e jantar. Quanto à venda casada da estada com as entradas dos parques, digamos que o chamado "Das Fontes" parece com um certo piscinão famoso (com todo respeito a este); já o outro tinha cheiro de urina, embora isso não seja culpa deles, mas sim da falta de educação das pessoas. Os preços praticados lá dentro, completamente absurdos, pra terem uma ideia, uma lata de suco R$14,50, um copo de chopp R$23,90 e uma lata de cerveja, nem tive coragem de ver o preço, mas era mais de 20. Por fim, a dica que fica é sobre a fragilidade da pulseira de entrada e consumo nesses locais, pois ela se desprende facilmente e o risco de perdê-la é enorme, então, se forem até lá, tentem mantê-la num local seguro.

Foi tudo maravilhoso , já é a quinta vez que vamos pra ficar hospedados em rio quente Resort , hot park e parques das fontes é muito bommm , tínhamos medo de ir em alta temporada e não conseguir curtir nada por motivo de lotação , mais foi bem ao contrário que pensamos , foi tudo maravilho , ceia de natal foi maravilhosa , tudo muito organizado , nada de lotação ou agromeracao de pessoas, café da manhã e jantar todos os dias muito bom , e sou uma pessoa bem exigente

Hotel deficiente em tudo, falta gerência

Hotel Giardino está muito mal gerenciado. Nas refeições (café da manhã e jantar) faltavam pratos, talheres, copos, tinha que esperar alguns minutos a reposição. Por vezes, as comidas também acabavam e a reposição era muito demorada, sem falar no aspecto de apresentação e sabor das comidas, jamais voltarei a este hotel, estamos muito arrependidos.

Bom, mas peca no atendimento

Em geral, a experiência no hotel foi boa, exceto o atendimento dos manobristas, o restante foi muito bom, recepcionistas, pessoal do restaurante etc. o atendimento foi bom, comida boa e acomodações razoáveis. O problema de verdade está no atendimento do hot park, o atendimento nos quiosques, quando resolvem te atender claro, é ruim, parece que está incomodando ao pedir produtos, de todos os quiosques apenas o que fica na primeira piscina próximo da tenda de shows apresentou um atendimento satisfatório, uma certa cordialidade no atendimento e atenção sempre no balcão. Os parques em si são ótimos, ótimos para ir com a família, águas sempre quentes mesmo. Só fica essa atenção para o atendimento infelizmente.
