The price on breakfast is a little steep. $12 price is appropriate for a breakfast price. The staff is wonderful and the proximity to a park is a plus.

Noted many areas in the room where paint was chipped/peeling and counter top lamenent was discolored and also chipped. Furniture was scratched and torn. Tranquil & peaceful yet close to so much. Pet Friendly. Spacious inside & out.
Home was great, loved the kitchen! Big back yard, kids enjoyed the volleyball net, and the little covey of quail running around back there.

Charming 3-bedroom house with Fireplace & Mountain View’s in Rio Rancho
Beautiful home in a really nice neighborhood with stunning views of the Sandias. Comfortable beds and couches. Nice to be able to park in a garage! River trail was very easy to access, and very nice. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
