"Excellent hotel. Everything about this hotel was perfect so that on your holiday you can relax. From the moment you walk through the hotel door and you are offered a welcome drink you know you have chosen the right hotel! The staff work as a team and are friendly and helpful. It’s very clean throughout and we couldn’t fault the excellent housekeeping team. Breakfast options are delicious. The hotel bar and restaurant are really good and the hotel is located near many local restaurants and near the old town of Marbella. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future."

"A hotel is about a half a mile walk to the beach. It is in a very industrial part of town.The room was small, but very efficiently laid out. The AC was not turned on yet, so the room was a bit stuffy. With the room window open, there was some breeze, but no security for the ground floor room. "

"Absolutely amazing stay, one of the most beautiful locations in all of the Costa del Sol. Five minute car drive to anything downtown, and immediate access to the beach. We very much enjoyed having patios facing every direction of the sun."

"Host very welcoming and responded to all questions. The apartment was clean and exactly as portrayed in photographs. The veranda was magnificent. "

"External area around the house - area of swimming pool and grill area were dirty. Cleaning happend after our reaction.Swimming pool heating was not efficient (also no cover) so the water was to cold to use it.Jacuzzi was in poor technical condition - no light, not all options were working and was dificult to enter - no stairs. We found and used some old small stairs from the basement.Outside grills were in very poor and dangerous technical condition - the most important for us - the gas grill was not working at all.The outside furnitures were old and some broken. They were removed from the property after our reaction.The garden terrace was not to be used during the rain as ceiling was leaking and water was dropping on our heads and furnitures.Heating in the bedroom on the last floor was not working. Even if we asked for reparing they were not able to fix it during our 10 days staying.Front gate was very dificult to open - every time was big dificulty to enter and to leave the property.Generally the house was not prepared for us - guests coming to have some rest time. The cleaning and the technical review was not made at all. For us was impresion like owner is not fully aware of the real status of the property.VRBO as provider of the offer should take much more care about the real inspection of the properties.For us, visiting Costa del Sol from many years it was really not nice expierience this time....expecialy that we came with the family for Christmas holidays."

"Notre séjour à Marbella a été tout simplement merveilleux ! La maison est idéalement située, presque sur la plage, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer. Nichée dans une zone paisible en octobre, elle offre une atmosphère parfaite pour se détendre. La terrasse, avec ses rideaux blancs flottants, donne sur un charmant petit jardin où l’on profite du bruit des vagues et du soleil andalou. L’intérieur est élégant, avec un beau sol en marbre, la climatisation au rez-de-chaussée et des ventilateurs à l’étage assurant un confort parfait. Tout y invite au farniente et à la douceur de vivre. Une véritable parenthèse de bonheur au bord de la mer ! Merci à Paula et à Gerardo pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité "
