"Owners did a great job with the remodeling. Back yard is really cool. Amenities are well provided. Plenty of eateries near as is a nice park for walking the dogs. All you need to bring is your toothbrush."

"Had a small issue checking in but the property owner quickly remedied the situation to our satisfaction. This was our second day and we were not disappointed. It's a nice quiet neighborhood with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Would highly recommend!!"

"We have stayed here two times visiting our son in Phoenix. This place is perfect for what we need when we make this trip. Location is very convenient and it is a very nice area. Every morning was a 2 min drive to our favorite coffee shop. Lots of good restaurants nearby. About 25 mins from Sky Harbor Airport, which was very convenient. This is behind the owner's home, but you honestly do not know they are there and have access to the private pool and hot tub. There is a nice, covered sitting...

"A beautiful little gem outside of Payson. We were looking for remote place to let our dog run loose and this for the bill! Only complaint is the back fence is not secure so our pup did get out once. The house it's self is extremely cozy. It's the yard and porch that make this place special because they are beautiful! If you're looking for a place to get some R &R outdoors this is the place for you!"

"The red rooster Inn was the perfect retreat for the two of us to have our vacation in Scottsdale. The unit is not huge, but perfect for two people with resort like amenities throughout the property. The host was amazing and we loved the fresh eggs and the fresh oranges picked from the tree for our daily morning breakfast. The location was also very convenient. Thank you so much for having us… We will be back!"

"We loved this property! The perfect retreat for my kids and I. They loved the pool and outdoor area, inside plenty of room to relax and recharge, and play a game of pool! Great location, close to everything. 5 min to Safeway, close to highway and shopping. The kitchen was stocked with all you need, I really appreciated that. Thanks much. Would definitely stay again. "overall, it was an okay place to stay, a little deceiving as the golf course is older and run down as is the home is older but quiet. Did not like that we had to contact the host to come clean the pool as it should have been done before we got there but they were there immediately after being contacted. I wouldn't stay again, and I wouldn't say it was one of my favorite places to stay but it wasn't one of the worst either it was just okay. It looked alot nicer in the pictures."

"The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair."

"This place has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The communication leading up to and during our stay was excellent. The condos were spacious and fully stocked. They even got us a keurig machine for our stay! Walking distance to some amazing restaurants and groceries. The property has 2 lovely pool areas. Both with hot tubs. One of the hot tubs wasn’t working that well, but the other (by the smaller pool) one was great. My friends and I had a blast for our first time in Scottsdale....
