Rio Vermelho Vacations

"It started off kind of awkward since we had to wait three hours for our water to be working in our room because of a leak in our bathroom. But the hotel staff were nice, and they explained that it would be done as soon as possible. However, on our second to last day, we were told that they needed to fix the leak again and we had to go to another room which was much smaller and not even close to the nice view we had in our original room. We mentioned that the water leak really didn't bother us....

"Small, very nice boutique hotel. Very clean and tastefully decorated, with an excellent breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, no one speaks a word of English, so we could only communicate via cell phone and translation tools. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and we can highly recommend the hotel."

"Loved loved loved this hotel! The rooftop pool is definitely the biggest perk, especially for watching the sunset, and the bartenders (ask for Cristiano!) make amazing drinks. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the restaurant overlooking the ocean. And the car service up and down the hill is a great touch. The neighborhood is amazing and the staff is increíble. 10/10 would recommend!"
