Just 45 minutes south of Fort Worth, escape to a beautiful 4 bedroom home close to the Brazos River. All bedrooms open to a covered porch overlooking a hillside view, with a spacious sideyard. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the country. Great home for a family or friends getaway. Very close to multiple wedding venues, as well as Hamm Creek Park on the Brazos River, Cleburne State Park, shopping in downtown Cleburne antique stores, Glen Rose, Dinosaur Valley State Park, and Whitney State Park.

This stay was exactly what we needed while staying in the area for a challenging obstacle course race. Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing with plenty of room for us exhausted racers to stretch out.

I stayed here with my teenage daughter for a nice little weekend getaway. Amazing property! Beautiful home and quiet neighborhood. We went to hamm creek park and went fishing. The scenery was gorgeous. Will definitely stay here again.

Our niece was getting married in Blum so we found this place to stay. Cute little place. Host were great and place was enough for the 4 of us. If we ever need to be in Rio Vista again, I am sure we will look this place up. Beautiful country!

The house was simply amazing and beautiful it felt like a home for the weekend the kids enjoyed the stay. Steve was quick to answer any questions we had and gave us recommendations to go swimming which we went to the Cleburne state park it was beautiful as well. The house is beautiful! So much room and decorated so nice. They have all the extras you could need such as extra towels, pillows, blankets. They had shampoo and body wash just in case you forget. The beds are so comfy, we slept great! The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet, with awesome views. Kids and hubby went fishing at hamm creek park which is right next to this neighborhood. Wish we could've stayed longer but will definitely in the future when we have more time.
