"The room and the staff were fine, but I had to get up early to take my mother to surgery and when I showered, the smoke alarm started going off and wouldn’t shut off. When I tried to use the phone in the room, that did not work and then I had to pack up and leave (earlier than expected) because there was “no way to shut it off” according to the front desk; the fire alarm was going off for 45 mins before I left."

"This hotel is a little oasis. Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Redwoods. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again."

"The location was great and the rooms were clean. However, I stayed on the first floor and someone above me was very loud late jnto the night. I struggled to fall asleep and wasn't able to get another room until the following night. Also, the restroom next to the pool had overflowed and sewage spilled out into the walkway next to the elevator. Besides those two issues, the place was really awesome. I would recommend this hotel to others. "

"Everything was a trap stay. It was like a motel 6 stains on the chaise and couch iron board broken smoke smell like a casino outlets didn’t work and the tv had no remote and the internet was as off. Bed unmake and no washcloths!!!! Only towels"
