"Staff at the front desk, restaurant & spa were exceptional but cleaning staff are intrusive. 3 times when we had the do not disturb sign on the door, they were hammering on the door asking what we needed. They didn’t speak english but used translate on their phone. They were already in the halls by 9am lurking around to clean rooms when guests are still eating breakfast. yet when we left the sign on to yes please clean our room from 11-3 nothing had been done. One last note, no cocktail bar for a 5 star hotel is lacking. Otherwise location is very good, rooms are nice, and breakfast was good. "

O atendimento na recepção foi perfeito, tem vaga de estacionamento no próprio hotel, a localização é um pouco distante do centro mas estávamos de carro e isso não foi um problema, tem mercado próximo, contratei o café da manhã e achei modesto para o valor, com toda certeza indicaria e voltaria!!
