"The front desk was very nice and accommodating and the location is great in Viña Del Mar. The room, however, could use upgrading. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all the walls are paper thin so you hear anytime someone is in the halls. We were given disposable bathroom towels that we would assume are thrown out after our use. Overall, an interesting experience. "

Very good location to visit beach and San Martin avenue and Peru avenue where there are a lot of restaurantes, cafeterias and bars. You can leave car in hotel and walk. We visited Viña del mar with children an hotel was a very good choice."

At the restaurant the view is wonderful and the service was amazing and especially Luis or Tata, who received us like a deer loving family every time he have seen us. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The room smelled like smoke a bit at night, but opening the balcony door helped with that....but some mosquitoes got in that way. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "
