"I was in need of a hotel room at relatively short notice for a basketball tournament that I was refereeing. I came across the Finger Lakes Inn as it was just a short drive away from where the tournament was being held. Nestled in the Adirondack, it is a pleasant and quaint place to stay. If you like the modern "cookie cutter" hotels this is not it. The rooms have a "cabin in the woods" feel to them, and I mean that is a very good way. The restaurant is very pleasant and my food was excellent....

"My husband and I visited for our anniversary, and the staff at The Georgian were beyond accommodating and offered us an upgraded room right on Lake George. It was one of the nicest stays we’ve had at a hotel. The jacuzzi tub was lovely after long and strenuous hikes, the bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were large, and it was walkable to restaurants, shops, and attractions. It was also nice that the housekeeping staff refreshed our room each day. It was all around a really great vacation and we will definitely be back to The Georgian!"
