Best Western Plus Whitewater Inn

8/10 Good

"The room was generally clean, but when we folder out the sofa sleeper the mattress was worn out and there were candy wrappers and some dirt between the cushions. The breakfast was good and I was glad coffee was available 24/7. When I couldn't figure out the controls for the TV the manager came up to the room to show me how! I really appreciated that! There was always a luggage cart available."

"Our room was comfortable and clean. Good for sleeping and showering. Breakfast was included, but it was pitiful. Waffles. There was sausage gravy and biscuits, but both were empty and not refilled. We were in Indy last year and preferred last year's hotel, so next year, we will go back there."

"The sports bar in casino was great. Got a smoking room. Inexperienced check in lady blamed" third party " for giving us a smoking room and ranted a bit. Really, we would have preferred non but offer to spray it at least. Dont treat like I'm a problem for trying your property or asking politely if any non are available. Btw... 3rd, party ( Expedia ) did not have room marked as smoking when it was selected, nor does it even mention there are smoking rooms. We didn't know that was a thing....bathroom made me gag dirty but nice guy came up right away and cleaned it. An apology goes a long way people. You should try it."
