Not a place for elderly with 30cm drop from shower to floor. 5 concrete steps to toilet with a piece of concrete carved out at the top to allow the doors to close. This area has no inner walls and has exposed plumbing, sullage lines and electricity cabling. The toilet seat is faulty, and the flat has cockroaches. "It was overall a good stay, with the exception of only having 1 chair to sit on was an inconvenience. A bit different to what we are used to, but found we didn't miss the tv. Booking in was a bit worrying for me, as I had not used anything like this bofore."

"Our family had to attend a funeral in Eight Mile Plains and needed somewhere close where we could cook meals and have a comfortable sleep with enough room for eight people. This home was absolutely perfect for us. The bedrooms are separated enough to afford privacy. The kitchen was a great gathering place and well appointed. The washing machine was super helpful (note there is no dryer though). Communication with the host was excellent too. I highly recommend this property. "

"I stayed here with my husband and toy cavoodles while we evacuated our flood prone house and waited out Cyclone Alfred. Steve was amazing at helping out and accommodating our needs and his communication was fast and excellent. The house was super clean, comfortable and safe. It held up very well and met all our needs. The patio works really well for wet weather and the dogs loved the garden. There are lots of rooms and many made-up queen sized beds which we didn't need but would easily...

"Inna on reception did a wonderful job in relocating us as our apartment didn’t have the king bed as requested. She escorted us to our new room once it was ready and made sure we were happy. Love the location of these apartments as it is an easy walk to the West End for cafes and supermarkets or to South Bank for more dining options or ferries to other sight seeing options. "
