The entire property is gorgeous. The staff was welcoming and wonderful and extremely friendly. I felt like I was staying in somebody’s home. The grounds were beautiful, and the food was excellent!

Beautiful boutique hotel in a middle of nowhere

I had an amazing stay at Dipladenia Garden Country Resort! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by a handshake from Mariana (I hope I am spelling her name right) the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable — they truly make the place special. V good location. Vincenzo was terrific as was his wife, Valentina. They are extremely accommodating. Among other things, Vincenzo arranged a driver for a day trip (Andrea, who was great) and at the end of our stay he gave us a ride to the train station. We loved the communal kitchen. Highly recommend.

We love the property, clean and friendly.

We booked a last minute trip and were treated like royalty. They went out if there way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The food was magnificent. The beds are firm, and there is no ac during dinner, but otherwise i would highly recommend. Claudio is fantastic

Beautiful views and very responsive staff.The only thing we did not like was leaving to return home.

The staff was wonderful. They even met us at the square and navigated our car up into their parking area. They just went over and above doing anything they could for us! The cottage was roomy, decorated nicely and super clean. The staff brought us anything we needed and even let me know when the spa was ready after it went down for 15 minutes. The views from the cottage were superb- from the terraces all the way out to the sea, and the garden with it's citrus and vegetables draped everywhere....

An amazing cute little quiet area with amazing food

We stayed at Medusa Suites during our time in Sicily and it truly exceeded our expectations. The facilities are very well maintained, the rooms are spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. The air conditioning worked perfectly (very important in August) and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is excellent — quiet yet close to the main areas. The 24/7 concierge was amazing! The staff were really helpful and answered any questions you had and were happy to book reservations to make your day trips as pleasant as possible. The complimentary breakfast every morning was fresh, hearty, and delicious - mad world to order eggs/omelets and coffee!

Lovely property in a great part of Catania, close to the famous elephant statue. Emanuele is fantastic. Warm and friendly, he even helped out when we had an issue with our rental car.
