"This hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Despite our early arrival, the staff was able to accommodate us with a room right away. While we waited, we explored the property and were immediately impressed by the stunning views. Our bags were delivered to our room for us, allowing us to fully enjoy our time on the grounds. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping our room spotless and ensuring our refrigerator was always stocked with water. Overall, the property offered breathtaking views, excellent cleanliness, and warm, friendly service. We loved every bit of it 10/10 recommend! "

"If the previous review has not been removed, THIS IS THE REAL ONE: Belvedere is an AMAZING property. We stayed at the Superior Studio which is stunning. With a rear olive grinding stone making the beds headboard. The property is amazing, the staff friendly. Check in is a little different but still easy. This villa is part of additional properties that make up hotels. The main, where you check in (not at Belvedere) has a restaurant that is worth booking a reservation. Pasta was to die for. Great breakfast buffet and just overall an amazing stay. The pool looks stunning to hang and just relax. (not in December when we were here) We just bought a house close by and will be using this property as overflow for any family and friends when our own villa is packed! Book it, don't think about it. Book the Superior Studio and pay the extra, you will not regret it!"

"What a fun way to stay! Glamping tent is very clean, roomy, and in like-new condition. Maybe a bit cold for winter, but has heating. The tent material makes vibrations on a windy night. Has supermarket within campus (good price!) but closes early at 8pm. Restaurant/bar is exceptional. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Bus route 14 to central Florence is immediately outside the gate, takes 30+ minutes, and is seldom on schedule. Otherwise, walk 10 minutes to nearby train station and take 10 minutes train to Florence station."

"What a wonderful get away close to the heart of it all! Wonderful stay and Magdalene was a wonderful host with great suggestions for the area! Everyone must meet Dario Cecchini and experience dinner at his butcher shop!"

"This hotel is first rate. The staff is sharp and concerned that you are happy. I had a long day and was beat one day, and the staff made me a pick up expresso to energize me. I enjoyed the cocktails in a sitting room near the desk, very stout mohettos. The free parking saved me 30-40 euro everyday. The village center of Fiesole is only a mile away, and has a pharmacy, bars and restaurants of good quality. "

"My Wife & I are American tourists visiting Florence for a friend's wedding at a nearby venue. The JOIVY Together Urban Resort was a wonderful place to be our home base. The front desk staff was very nice and spoke great english. They helped us out with calling taxis and answering all of our questions. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite delicious! We would definitely stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay so much! Gianna and her family were so nice and welcoming! I don't usually stay at properties where the family also stays, but I'm so glad I did this time! My husband and I loved the views and I made dinner in the loft kitchen twice using the fresh herbs Gianna had growing. She was so generous and left us food staples to make dinner and it really came in handy the first night when we realized that we would rather drink wine outside than go out to dinner! One thing to note about this area (and most places we visited in Italy), is the restaurant hours. Many places only open for dinner and that starts around 7pm. Lunch is over at 3pm and most places close from 3pm-7pm. Everything was perfect for our stay and the area is lovely. "
