"Service prior to our stay was excellent, Juame was most helpful. I felt the price of the accommodation was very expensive especially as it was out of season, indeed the same villa is now 500 euros less than we paid. We were disappointed with the size of the kitchen for the amount of guests and the lack of glasses e.g. wine glasses. Additionally the pool was not cleaned when we arrived - even though we would not be able to use it we were still disappointed that it was so dirty. Further...

Wenn man dort nicht rechtzeitig zur Öffnung kommt, kann es Wartezeit geben, da nur ein Mitarbeiter. Von allen Schäden gibt es Fotos. Im oberen Stockwerk hatten wir in jedem Badezimmer Probleme mit Toilette, Toilettenspülung und Duschen. 3 Tage hatten wir mit Handwerkern zu tun, was unsere Urlaubszeit gekostet hat. "The property was big and spacious it fit all of us and also provided everything you needed from kitchen laundry seating beds linens etc. cleanliness was okay but most linens were very dusty and there was an insect problem almost everywhere around the house. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and squeaky you can barely move, so we could not get a proper rest for 2 weeks. "Great villa location and agency helpful. The property does need some refurbishment the Electricity tripped out ten times in the week (although after first conversation with agent was easy to reset). The settees in the sitting room need replacing. Overall great holiday."

"Het groot zwembad, het water was heerlijk! De grote tuin de hond kon er fijn in loslopen en het was goed omheind. Ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen en huisdieren. Ook het huis zelf was netjes in orde en alles was er aanwezig Er waren 5 ligbedden waarvan er 3 stuk waren. We hebben dit gemeld en ze gingen het doorgeven. Voor de rest niets op aan te merken"
