"Lovely and quiet, friendly staff who put up beautifully with our very poor catalan/spanish. Room was clean although there was a long dark head hair on my pillow the 1st night when we pulled down the sheets to get into bed. Toilet roll is very thin, and even if you're happy to forgo room service, you will need frequent replenishment of loo roll. Also, note there is no lift (we were on the 4th/top floor) and no kettle in the room."
