"Very nice and clean location, within minutes of walking distance to several restaurants. Jasmine the receptionist who checked me in was very friendly and ensured my stay was perfect."

"I think it was very disgusting and disrespectful to have what seems to be a homeless services clientele of some sort, while trying to provide a regular hotel service, the rooms and the elevator smelled like a smoking area. There was also roaches in one of the room that we stayed as a family."

"The airport shutlle was excellent, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the fitness center very accommodating. The clean staff, I was disappointed, I asked the young lady to change the bed linen, and vacumm, she cleaned the restroom and left WITHOUT changing the linen and vacuuming. I called the front desk told my situation, they passed the call to the cleaning supervisior, when I told her of the situation she stated the following "we only change linens on Thursdays" ( Friday, the day I requested the change) I then asked, so you only change linens and vacuum on Thursdays, she said I will send someone up to vacuum. Nope, the linens was NOT CHANGED, even though I asked. "

"Room was beautiful. The bathroom is huge and spacious. Loved the shower. The WiFi didn’t work during whole stay and the tv remote didn’t work at all. Overall good hotel"
