Super Lage direkt am Wasser, das Kiosk nebenan ist auch zu empfehlen, guter Ausgangspunkt für viele unterschiedliche Wandertouren, wir kommen wieder!!!

Einfach traumhaft!

Das Apartment war ein Traum. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Man kann auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Gardasee frühstücken und danach zu Fuß nach Riva oder Torbole laufen. Das Auto braucht man nur um weiter weg zu fahren und das ist dann auch kein Problem, denn der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus. Und die Ausstattung lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Rundherum empfehlenswert!

Top-Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren das erste Mal in Riva und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung hat mit dem herrlichen Ausblick und der tollen Lage sehr zum Gelingen des Urlaubs beigetragen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und perfekt ausgestattet. Die ca. 600 Meter bis zum Zentrum kann man an der schönen Promenade entlang laufen. Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen traumhaften Urlaub. Der Kontakt zu Frau Müller war überaus freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach nur klasse 👍

Waren letztes Jahr in der Wohnung Cipresso im 1 Og und diesen Sommer In der Erdgeschoss Wohnung Anabell die Lage ist einfach super näher zum Strand geht's nicht beide Wohnungen sind sehr sauber gut ausgestattet und modern 5 Sterne der Kontakt zu Frau Müller (Vermieterin ) ist super nett kommen gerne wieder Mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Opladen

Gemütliche Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war von der Vermieterin gut vorbereitet. Sie ist praktisch und ruhig gelegen und man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den See. Für unsere Kinder war es praktisch, direkt unterhalb der Wohnung im Garten oder am See zu spielen. Zu Fuß kann man durch schöne Parkanlagen ins Zentrum spazieren.Ich kann diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Dagmar

Alles super !

Die Wohnung ist für uns optimal: neue Einrichtung, direkt am Strand/Wasser, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe, Restaurant/Eisdiele in der Nähe, tolle Betreuung, in die Stadt eine kleine Viertelstunde zu Fuß am Wasser entlang. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Lage

Die Lage - direkt am See - ist hervorragend dazu geeignet gleich morgens einen schoenen Spaziergang zu machen. So faengt der Tag richtig an! Zustand und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind optimal. An der Betreung durch den Vermieter gibt es ebenfalls nichts auszusetzen. Da kommt man gerne wieder.

Urlaub mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Bei dieser Wohnung gibt es -wie auch bei der größeren Wohnung- nichts zu beanstanden! Sie wurde in diesem Jahr renoviert, hat sehr gute Matratzen und einen klaren Einrichtungs-Stil. Leute, die meckern wollen und dann "das Haar in der Suppe" suchen (s.u.), gibt es ja immer. Dieses Appartement-Haus ist besonders durch die Lage das beste in Riva. Lage, Ausstattung, Zustand, Vorbereitung/Betreuung durch die Vermieterin, Möglichkeiten für Sport, Freizeit und Restaurantbesuche sind super! Wer die Vorteile (wenige Schritte bis zum See und ein wunderschöner Blick) nutzen möchte, sollte in der Hauptsaison die Strandgeräusche tolerieren. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet in der Nebensaison hier eine Idylle. Uli S.

Einfach super!

Immer wieder gerne mache ich Ferien im „Cipresso“ in Riva del Garda. Die Wohnung sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage, unmittelbar am See, einmalig. Morgens kann man auf der Terrasse beim Frühstück, den ersten Joggern zusehen oder man geht selber in der Badehose durch den Garten zum sauber geputzten Strand und nimmt das erste Bad im See! Surf- und Segelschule sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso der Yachthafen San Nicolò. Wassersportler, Biker, Wanderer sogar Kletterer kommen alle auf ihre Kosten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute und gemütliche Restaurants – alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Dass der Parkplatz mit einem Rolltor gesichert ist und die Bikes in den Hauseingang gestellt werden dürfen, wertet das Ganze nochmals auf. Und nicht zu vergessen den herzlichen, sehr gut vorbereiteten Empfang der Vermieter und ihre kompetente Betreuung während des ganzen Urlaubs. Cipresso ich komme wieder! Rosmarie

Vacanza perfetta!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a Riva del Garda in marzo e ci siamo trovati benissimo!! Tempo stupendo e ad aspettarci la Si.ra Bettina gentile e disponibile (ci ha anche consigliato per le escursioni) che ci ha mostrato un'appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito e in ordine; perfetto per una famiglia come la nostra con 2 bambini di 12 e 8 anni, e dotato di ogni confort, esattamente come nelle foto! Posizione perfetta!! Tutto a portata di mano dai negozi ai ristoranti... una passeggiata e sei nel centro storico..e poi dal balcone dell'appartamento sei praticamente sul lago!! Bellissimo!! Non abbiamo usato la macchina quasi per niente!! Lo consigliamo vivamente!! In autunno torneremo sicuramente!

Aussichtsreiches Feriendomizil für Frühaufsteher!!

Wer gerne um 5.30 Uhr geweckt werden möchte ist hier richtig. Die Müllabfuhr kommt täglich dreimal am frühen Morgen (beginnend um 5.30 Uhr). Spätestens nach dem zweiten Müllwagen ist man hellwach. Dafür genießt man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Badegäste und die Gardaseeberge (dafür gibt es einen Stern). Das Appartement (Cipresso) verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Leider waren uns die Matratzen zu hart (ca. Härtegrad 4, vielleicht für Personen jenseits der 100 Kg geeignet). Aus diesem Grund mussten wir auf die Schlafcouch im WoZi ausweichen. Dies bedeutete morgens Müllabfuhr, mittags Badegästelärm, abends Partylärm. Zudem funktionierte W-Lan und Sat-TV nur wenn man Glück hatte und die Mikrowelle machte leider nur krach aber nicht warm (Bitte Vermieter fragen, ob inzwischen für Abhilfe gesorgt wurde). Im Umfeld des Appartements gab es mindestens zwei Eisdielen, diverse Restaurants/Pizzerien und Supermarkt. Außerdem kann man am Strand sehr schön nach Riva und Torbole spazieren (nochmal einen Stern für die Lage).
