Historic Inns of Annapolis

"Lovely set of historic inns. The setting was perfect to explore downtown Annapolis (Maryland Inn). We would have preferred a lower floor with more space in lieu of the top floor which was a bit tight for two. Very little natural light in the room. The rooms could have used water (only offered a $12 bottle!) and sufficient coffee cups for two (received only 1)"

"Bed was SO comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. I had stayed the previous two nights in a Best Western and the pillows are limp and lumpy (need replacing), so to come to the DoubleTree, it was pure luxury."

"The shuttle to and from airport transportation is a huge plus. Front desk being able to accommodate early check in with fee. Overall very friendly staff. Definitely will come back. Room was cleaned and bed was comfortable."

"The hotel was good, the number of elevator was not enough. We spend a lot of time waiting for it to come. The breakfast was ok, waffle are only on weekend, not week day. During the week day you get silverware and the weekend, plasticware. That said, it is clean, the room was great, and people were nice ( the person at the counter forgot to give us the breakfast tickets, but it was quickly fix the next morning)."

"Called them…cancelled the reservation because I got off my Amtrak train one station earlier….a relative found a hotel next to the station…not 30-40 minutes away by taxi And the train was delayed until about midnight"

"The room King Bed room was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out with friendly staff was easy and swift. Continental breakfast was appreciated, but a few more selections are needed. The little coffee shop was inviting but did not appear to be staffed at any time during our stay. The common area with the fireplace was great and we enjoyed relaxing on the chairs by the fire. We liked the Sonesta and would stay again."
